I limped into Dr. Sahota’s office about four months ago with a severely pinched nerve in my hip. The pain was extreme, and it was very difficult to walk, drive, sleep, and function. I experienced some much-needed relief shortly after the first adjustment and progressively improved over the next few months under his care. Dr. Sahota’s communication is always on point, and he is mindful and attentive to detail when doing adjustments. He also suggests helpful at-home exercises to support the healing process. Very grateful to have found him. Highly recommend!

First time visiting a Chiropractor & pregnant on top of that so to say I was nervous is an understatement. The office provides a video of what to expect on your first visit but I assumed it was about paperwork & what adjustments where, so I skipped it. I was shocked at how personal your first visit is. They provide a one on one consultation with your Doctor, which makes you feel like your visits & care are truly catered to your needs. At your first appointment they also take various scans and XRays, if you're not pregnant, to review the anatomical & muscular issues contributing to your pain. After thoroughly discussing all the results, Dr. Sahota begins adjusting. As a provider he's excellent. Very knowledgeable, great adjustments, and overall smooth process. I frequently get massages & everything my masseuse told me about which hip was tighter, correlated with Dr. Sahota. The difference is, he is skilled to fix the imbalance rather than placing a temporary bandaid over it. Highly recommend Chiropractic Care at this office. Bonus points are the staff are friendly, the office is very clean, and there's ample amount of parking!

Dr. Sahota and his team are excellent every single time I come in. I have suffered from tmj for a good while now and Dr. Sahota has been very great at getting the inflammation down and the difference from when I started treatment which was about 6 months ago is literally like night and day. I’m not at 100% mobility yet with my jaw but before I came in my pain and inflammation had me about 30-40% mobility and now I would say it’s at a solid 80%. Less headaches and dizziness as well aside from the inflammation going down. Trust that you are in the best hands when coming here! I’m so glad I found Synapse Chiropractic and if you’re suffering from any joint pains this is the place to go! The ladies in the front are always so sweet too! Shoutout to them!
