What you can expect on your first visit
New patients can be expected to complete a few forms which will give us a thorough understanding of your health history and concerns. The information you provide is important for determining an appropriate course of care. In order to save time in the office you can download our New Patient Intake Forms and fill them out ahead of time!
Once the paperwork is complete, we will give you a quick tour around the practice. Following the tour you will meet with the doctor to address any health concerns and goals that you may have along with your health history. This will help us address the cause of your health concerns and determine if you are a good candidate for chiropractic care.
Following the consultation, a comprehensive chiropractic, neurological, and possibly an x-ray examination (if necessary) will be performed to further determine the cause of your health concerns. This will allow the doctor to develop a treatment plan to help you reach your goals while alleviating any symptoms you may have.
